Job Description
• Contributing to the development and launch of materials for high-stakes nursing exams
• Helping to maintain and improve the quality of existing nursing resources
• Editing questions and contributing to the development of PN population-specific content
• Writing and editing content for case studies, question banks, instructional materials, and exam items
• Leveraging clinical expertise to create and critically evaluate AI-generated content
• Reviewing guidelines and instructions for nursing authors
• Helping with development of topic identifiers and learning objectives
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in the PN role as a board-certified LPN or LVN.
- Ability to produce high-quality work with a strong eye to detail, while adhering to a timeline
- Willingness to jump onto new projects and take on new challenges as they arise
- Strong desire to help learners succeed and learn new things
- Ability to work well as part of a team, including comfort with reviewing others’ work and having your own work reviewed
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong preference given to applicants who have previously worked as editors, particularly editors of nursing content
