Job Description

• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Project Management Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations and expected pace of your team of Project Managers. • Cultivate and Nurture Strategic Client Relationships: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our most strategic accounts. • Ensure Flawless End-to-End Project Execution and Operational Excellence: Drive the successful execution of market research projects from inception through final delivery. • Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation in Project Delivery: Champion the refinement and development of processes, methodologies, and technological approaches to enhance efficiency, quality, and client value in project delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Six or more (6+) years of market research experience, ideally within the project management function or with relevant experience of managing research projects from inception to completion
Three or more (3+) years of leading a team and managing direct reports
Market Research Expertise: Knowledge of market research concepts within the quantitative online market research stages.
People Management: Experience managing people, developing their skills and competencies as well as fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Effective Communication and Relationship Building Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various audiences, build strong relationships with our clients, various internal stakeholders, and our globally dispersed team.
Meticulous Operational & Project Management: Highly organized with strong follow-through, solid time management, and multitasking skills.
Sound knowledge of project management concepts and tools; ensuring meticulous attention to detail, quality of deliverables and timelines.
Analytical Acumen and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical aptitude, results-oriented, and sound critical thinking abilities to proactively identify issues, provide solutions and ensure accuracy across all project deliverables.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient with G-Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets etc.) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with survey scripting tools (e.g., Decipher, Qualtrics, Confirmit)
