Job Description
• Produce e-learning videos with generative AI tools, avatars, and animation.
• Design and edit training and communication videos that introduce learning programs, highlight key messages, and keep learners engaged.
• Create supporting visuals (graphics, layouts, and motion elements) that elevate video content.
• Edit and finalize video assets for professional polish, pacing, and impact.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and project leads to turn learning goals into compelling video stories.
• Apply brand guidelines and accessibility standards consistently across all media.
• Organize and manage video workflows and media assets to keep projects on time and ready for deployment.
• Support project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of learning initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in video design, multimedia production, or digital content creation.
- Experience producing video specifically for learning, training, or corporate communications is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator).
- Familiarity with generative AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Understanding of motion graphics, animation basics, and audio editing.
- Comfort with file management, asset organization, and publishing workflows for LMS or digital platforms.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and how video supports adult learning.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., captioning, color contrast, screen readability).
- Knowledge of brand alignment and visual communication best practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with SMEs, Graphic Designers, and other members of cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to balance innovation with business needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and curiosity, especially around emerging tools like AI in media creation.
