Job Description

• Participate in the sales process through prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales for compliance courseware solutions. • Build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders. • Attend meetings and conferences to represent the Company. • Travel to prospective clients and client locations to discuss business opportunities and relationships. • Demonstrate compliance solutions and present proposals to stakeholders. • Support the RFP process and lead proposal teams. • Negotiate contracts and secure client commitments. • Manage territory plans and sales pipeline in CRM system. • Develop and share best practices within the compliance community. • Enhance skills and expertise in healthcare trends related to product portfolio.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful hospital SaaS sales and/or Compliance or E-Learning experience
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quota
  • Knowledge of healthcare environment – preferably in Compliance
  • Superior knowledge of consultative sales techniques including cold calling, networking, discovering needs, overcoming objections and product demonstrations - all with the ability to capture and close the deal
  • Knowledge of Solution Selling/Customer Centric selling methodologies
  • Effective oral & written communication skills
  • Territory management - geographical, systems & account based
  • MS Office & SalesForce.com skills
  • Innovative problem solver who works independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to set-up and conduct onsite and remote client demonstrations
  • Success in hitting quota from home office environment.
