Job Description
• Place outbound calls through VOIP telephone software
• Explain the study's purpose, answer questions, address concerns
• Read computer-based scripted questions clearly and verbatim
• Accurately record answers into the computer program
• Clarify vague or unclear responses
Job Requirements
- Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Dependability and professionalism
- Good computer skills
