Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the commercial sector, targeting large enterprises across industries. • Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing commercial sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target enterprises to position SCATR™ as the preferred partner for data security solutions. • Define sales goals, forecasts and performance metrics while aligning the commercial sales strategy with SCATR’s overall business objectives. • Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets, guiding the team’s focus on sectors that can benefit from SCATR’s Data Camouflage™ technology. • Lead the team in delivering a consultative, solution-based sales approach, ensuring SCATR’s technology aligns with the unique needs of each enterprise customer. • Oversee contract negotiations with large enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnership agreements.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise sales, with experience selling complex technology solutions to large organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a commercial sales team to achieve high performance and growth.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity technologies, particularly data security, obfuscation, and Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and enterprise customers.
  • Ability to think strategically and align sales initiatives with broader business goals, while adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
