• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams composed of Software Engineers, and Team Leads. • Provide technical direction and mentorship, helping engineers develop strong design, coding, and problem-solving skills. • Partner with Product and Design to define and execute roadmaps that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. • Drive high standards in code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery practices. • Guide architectural decisions around scalability, performance, and maintainability across our backend and infrastructure systems. • Contribute to technical designs and occasionally write or review code, especially for complex or high-impact projects. • Champion continuous improvement in our engineering processes and developer experience. • Manage team health: set clear goals, run performance reviews, and support professional development and career progression.
