• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their technical goals and translate them into actionable solutions. • Design and implement integrations, data transformations, and reporting workflows that extend Vanta’s platform to customer-specific use cases. • Work hands-on across the stack — from APIs and SDKs to infrastructure configuration — to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and performance. • Partner closely with Solution Architects and product engineering teams to align on technical requirements, influence roadmap priorities, and share field insights. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrations, data pipelines, and application layers. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, enabling them to maximize the value and security impact of Vanta’s platform. • Contribute to Vanta’s technical and customer success culture by documenting best practices and mentoring teammates.
