Job Description

• Contributing to designing and executing GR8 Tech’s sales strategy aimed at achieving sales targets; • Contributing to building GR8 Tech’s sales organization capable of delivering on strategic goals; • Defining resource requirements for executing the sales strategy within the assigned region or domain; • Setting up sales support and automation tools to enable target delivery; • Driving execution of GR8 Tech’s sales policies; • Designing and executing sales processes, including opportunity management, lead generation, and account management, to drive performance; • Defining sales metrics for transparent and regular performance reviews; • Reviewing sales performance and providing regular reporting and analytics; • Driving product knowledge, sales skills training, and certification initiatives; • Ensuring effective internal communication and collaboration across stakeholders; • Acting as an executive sponsor for top deals and overseeing key client relationships; • Personally driving strategic, high-value deals; • Contributing to the GR8 Tech management team on all sales-related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and executive roles within gambling, IT, telco, finance, or business services;
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen to drive organizational growth;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across diverse audiences;
  • High level of autonomy in decision-making within complex and fast-changing environments;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, Atlassian, and project management tools;
  • Deep understanding of technological and market trends, particularly in iGaming;
  • Strong planning, organizational, and result-oriented approach to achieving business targets;
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify opportunities and improve processes;
  • High emotional intelligence with focus on coaching, staff development, and team motivation;
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice to secure key deals.
