• Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot network incidents in PoPs and data centers. • Identify and diagnose network issues accurately, escalating when necessary while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and leadership. • Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated infrastructure incidents and recommend improvements to enhance redundancy, capacity, and monitoring efficiency. • Document incidents and maintain operational visibility using established ticketing and incident management systems. • Participate in continuous learning, peer-to-peer training, and adopt operational best practices within a dynamic NOC environment.
