Job Description

• Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms • Handle complex commercial/business litigation cases • Collaborate with other freelance attorneys and paralegals

Job Requirements

Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial/Business Litigation
Drafting (contract revisions; pleadings; motions/responses; discovery; anything else during the lifecycle of a case)
Research projects (high-level)
All general back-end production
Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
Self-starter and able to work independently
