Job Description

• Drive prioritization efforts for the EMR product domain. • Partner with PMO, TPMs, and business stakeholders to write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs. • Engage with UX designers, business stakeholders, and software engineering teams through the full product and order management lifecycle. • Manage and maintain the backlog of the engineering team(s) you are assigned to. • Champion our EMR products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management. • Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Product Owner experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
CSPO certification is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.
Experience developing and presenting business cases and multi-phase product roadmaps.
Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach to decision making.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in Agile development.
Knowledge of the healthcare space preferred.
