Job Description
• Own polished, performant user interfaces end-to-end from design implementation to delivery.
• Collaborate with backend, design, and product to deliver seamless features aligned with user needs and product goals.
• Balance speed and quality, knowing when to ship and when to refine.
• Mentor others, share knowledge, and help raise the technical bar.
Job Requirements
- Bring senior-level experience building production frontend systems (typically 5+ years)
- Build high-quality web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and GraphQL
- Translate Figma designs into polished, responsive interfaces that match design intent across devices
- Architect and manage complex state and data flows in React (Zustand, SWR, or similar)
- Optimize for performance, rendering efficiency, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
- Own features from planning through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Collaborate with backend, design, and product to deliver seamless features aligned with user needs and product goals
- Balance speed and quality, knowing when to ship and when to refine
- Bring strong product sense and user empathy. Always build with the *why* in mind, not just the *what*
- Proactively communicate, raise concerns early, and collaborate openly with teammates to solve problems.
- Mentor others, share knowledge, and help raise the technical bar.
