Job Description
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Leaders and teammates on employee relations
• Lead investigations and performance management cases
• Manage teammate leaves ensuring compliance
• Partner with Regional Leaders to align people strategies
• Conduct periodic talent assessments with the General Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 5–7 years of experience in HR
- Extensive generalist background in employee relations & engagement
- Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Ability to travel up to 10% to health center locations
