Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, with an advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of proven pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in Market Access or account management (preferably with rare or specialty pharmaceuticals)
- 5+ years in Market Access leadership roles
- Outstanding customer relationships, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills, with the established ability to effectively work with diverse audiences and influence cross-functionally
- Proven negotiation skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to effectively analyze data to determine trends and inform strategy.
- Deep insight within Medicare, Medicaid, and other government channels is required, and specialty oral therapy launch experience is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and business acumen, with ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines and expectations of multiple stakeholder groups.
- Superior collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, addressing short-term needs while maintaining a focus on long-term strategies.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop and retain high caliber talent.
