Job Description

• Manage end-to-end SaaS and CRM implementation projects • Lead needs analysis sessions and document functional requirements • Build and monitor project timelines and milestones • Track project health, risks, and overall delivery flow • Coordinate closely with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses • Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure deliverables align with agreed scope and business objectives

Job Requirements

Proven experience managing SaaS implementation projects
Strong understanding of CRM platforms and deployment processes
Experience with needs analysis and documentation
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining structure
Data-driven mindset focused on outcomes and performance metrics
Experience with Creatio CRM implementation is highly preferred
Experience managing CRM projects such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Professional, structured, and detail-oriented approach
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Ability to integrate well within a small, collaborative team environment
