Job Description
• Providing expert technical and customer support to both medical and non-medical customers.
• Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customers benefit from the company’s products and services.
• Coordinate with care center staff to provide exceptional experiences for patients and members.
• Address inquiries, make appointments, and maintain effective communication.
• Provide customer service regarding medical appointments, insurance verification, and benefits.
• Process medical orders, including verifying patient information and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and customer service-related issues.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM or ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to improve customer service processes.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to start on March 9, 2026 and be present for all training for the following 6-8 weeks.
- Must successfully complete 6-8 weeks of training with 100% attendance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- High level of professionalism in handling sensitive medical information.
- Clear speaking and listening abilities.
- Ability to maintain stable internet connectivity.
