Job Description
• Responsible for communication plans/marketing, dissemination plans of tasks, and system changes.
• Provide senior-level support to strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Make recommendations for increasing awareness and understanding of issues and requirements.
• Lead the creation, development, and maintenance of communication strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience including presenting research analysis and coordination.
- Knowledge and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in or like a Contact Center environment.
- Serving as a liaison between multiple business units and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop KPIs, SLAs.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders regarding knowledgebase development and communications initiatives.
- Composing technical documents including manuals, training materials, and reports.
- Excellent written communication skills.
