Job Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer and 1–2 years of experience with AI/assisted development tools.
- Proven experience building and shipping production-ready software products.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, system design, and debugging.
- Ability to translate high-level or loosely defined product ideas into working, testable solutions.
- Product mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Replit, V0, Bolt, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar).
- Strong judgment in reviewing, validating, and refining AI-assisted code before production use.
- Clear ownership of architecture, correctness, performance, and technical decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous teams.
- English C1 business proficiency (spoken and written).
- Reliable home workstation and stable internet connection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
