Job Requirements

  • Experience as a software engineer and 1–2 years of experience with AI/assisted development tools.
  • Proven experience building and shipping production-ready software products.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, system design, and debugging.
  • Ability to translate high-level or loosely defined product ideas into working, testable solutions.
  • Product mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Replit, V0, Bolt, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar).
  • Strong judgment in reviewing, validating, and refining AI-assisted code before production use.
  • Clear ownership of architecture, correctness, performance, and technical decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous teams.
  • English C1 business proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Reliable home workstation and stable internet connection.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
