Job Description
• Responsible for advancing the functionality and operational efficiency of Information Systems utilizing their expertise in Epic Applications
• Intermediate to advanced analysis, design, configuration and implementation
• Ensure integration of technology into effective workflow and process design
• Provide advanced ongoing analysis, consultation, complex problem-solving, collaboration and application support to users
• Contribute to system training
• Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency of assigned Epic applications and integrated technology
Job Requirements
- Associates degree, preferred
- Epic Certification required
- Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in a large, corporate systems development and implementation activities in a wide variety of Healthcare Information Systems (MIS) or similar experience in system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation or a combination of MIS and working knowledge of hospital operations required
- Previous Epic or other Health Information Systems experience required
- Experience in supporting complex problems
- Experience in assisting other Analysts
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Epic application support, development tools and methodologies
- Good analytical skills and technical aptitude
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good communication, collaboration and customer service skills
