• Drive the development and success of healthcare ambulatory software products • Manage one or more products and lead initiatives to enhance solutions for outpatient care environments • Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features and drive strategic initiatives • Help define the product strategy and roadmap for assigned products • Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, client value, and business objectives • Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams for timely product delivery • Analyze market data and user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to product sunset, including all phases of product management • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams for successful product adoption • Prepare and present product performance reports and metrics • Write business cases and refine product roadmaps and strategies • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development
