Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of client social media programs • Manage a dedicated team of social media managers • Ensure seamless program execution and client satisfaction • Serve as the primary operational lead for client accounts • Balance staff management, program logistics, client communication, and strategic guidance • Monitor content output and performance across client social media accounts • Produce comprehensive client-facing reports showcasing program performance • Lead weekly client meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients

Job Requirements

4+ years of social media experience in agency or brand settings, including 2+ years in a management or program coordination role
Experience managing social media accounts
Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships in a fast-paced environment
Experience with social impact campaigns and purpose-driven brand initiatives
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies
Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis
Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization preferred
