Job Description
• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to adult patients (ages 18+), with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and SUD.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Active Vermont LICSW, LCMHC , and/or LMFT license required
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with myAvatar NX is a plus!)
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
