Job Description

• Help shape local care models and expand insurance contracts. • Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care‑model innovation. • Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care. • Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when applying to commercial and Medicaid plans. • Use and critique our all‑in‑one tech stack to guide product improvements. • If desired, start seeing clients on our platform and build your own practice over time.

Job Requirements

Active OT license in good standing in New Jersey
License to practice in multiple states a plus
Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization‑management processes is a plus.
Passion for expanding equitable occupational therapy care and experimenting with outcome‑driven models.
