Job Description
• Delivering consulting services to clients
• Effectively communicate BFG’s BHAG and Mission
• Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives
• Support peers during the new associate training process
• Assist in guiding the client’s thinking and decisions utilizing one’s subject matter expertise
• Achieve the annual billable hours target of 72%
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree/licensure preferred
- 10+ years of healthcare/life sciences industry experience
- 5+ years leading and managing an organization, function, and/or team
- Previous consulting experience required
