- 5+ years in product design, UI/UX, or visual design
- Strong visual instincts with experience crafting brand-consistent marketing creative
- Proficient in Figma, including component libraries and motion prototypes
- Experience with agile teams and iterative delivery
- Organized, self-directed, and skilled at driving clarity across product, marketing, and engineering
