Job Description

• Build and lead a new, standardized training function • Design and implement a centralized Training & Development framework • Directly manage the corporate Learning & Development function • Provide strategic oversight and standardization for on-the-ground training • Drive the standardization of network-wide operational training • Collaborate with department heads and SMEs to develop training content • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure training effectiveness • Develop training that reinforces the company culture

Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in Learning & Development
At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a training function
Direct experience in a high-volume, multi-site environment (logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain)
Demonstrated success in creating and scaling a training program from an early stage
Experience in a tech-enabled operational environment
Strong track record of using metrics and data to measure training effectiveness
Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
CPTD, CPLP, or similar certifications are a plus
