Job Description

• Build and maintain dashboards for campaign, channel, and ROI performance. • Deliver reporting that is timely, accurate, and actionable for both operational and executive use. • Validate marketing data for accuracy, eliminating duplicates and errors. • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure attribution integrity and consistent tracking. • Deliver campaign performance readouts in clear, digestible formats. • Translate data into insights and stories that influence leadership decisions and drive enterprise-level optimization. • Partner with channel managers to design experiments and define success metrics. • Analyze and report on validated tests, highlighting learnings and implications for future campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.
  • Proven experience building dashboards and campaign reporting frameworks.
  • Strong data validation and QA skills, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and test/learn frameworks.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working across Ops, Paid Media, and Demand Gen teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
