• This is a remote position. • Superlanet is seeking a Data Engineer Manager for our healthcare client in Texas. • This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, however, a Texas-based resource is highly preferred and periodic travel will be required. • The Data Engineering Manager plays a key role in designing, building, and optimizing modern data platforms that enable scalable, secure, and high-value analytics across the healthcare enterprise. • This role focuses on hands-on engineering and architecture within Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystems — including OneLake, Delta Lake, and Synapse — to deliver robust, production-grade data pipelines and models supporting clinical, operational, and financial analytics. • Reporting to the Director of Data Systems and Analytics, this individual acts as a technical lead and subject matter expert, guiding small pods or projects while remaining deeply engaged in hands-on data engineering, solution design, and implementation.
