Job Description
• Act as the technical lead and acting CTO, overseeing product architecture, scalability, and system design.
• Lead hands-on development, code reviews, and mentoring of developers.
• Collaborate closely with the business and product teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance with fin-tech standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (5–8 years) in software development and technical leadership, ideally within Fin-tech or payment infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in Java and deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to architect, develop, and maintain scalable fin-tech platforms.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and secure transaction systems.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally with product, business, and security teams.
