• Assisting with the design, preconstruction and construction activities on a given project(s) • Interacting daily with Contractors, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, and Vendors • Reviewing design documents, bid packages, and schedules to ensure conformance with contract expectations • Identifying and ensuring implementation of standards and low-cost alternatives • Collaborating with the procurement team to review OFCI equipment submittals for compliance • Reviewing construction documents for completeness and constructability • Providing design and installation support to on-site staff • Supporting project teams in resolving design issues discovered during construction • Working with consultants to develop and review Short Circuit, Coordination, and Arc Flash studies • Assisting Development leadership and Project Manager with day-to-day activities • Conducting effective pre-construction planning sessions • Reviewing project proposals with engineering and site development teams • Verifying that construction agrees with engineering design drawings • Performing field observations and providing installation support as part of the quality assurance process • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
