Job Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in media investment, buying strategy, or commercial partnerships.
- Proven success managing large-scale media portfolios ($1B+) and leading senior investment teams.
- Deep fluency in investment systems, pricing structures, and partnership models, including programmatic and IO-based buying, financial reconciliation, and contract governance.
- Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy investment processes.
- Track record of executive-level negotiation and relationship management with top global publishers, platforms, and networks.
- Exceptional leadership and talent development capability — building organizations that combine commercial discipline, innovation, and client obsession.
- A change-oriented mindset that thrives in growth environments and builds scalable systems.
