Job Description
• Lead Dairy Sanitation program
• Manage a team and implement hygiene technologies
• Support milk quality across dairy operations
• Oversee Dairy Sanitation Quality Assurance team
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers and resolving issues
• Develop new technologies and work with manufacturer partners
• Communicate technical information to enhance company knowledge
• Collaborate with consulting sanitation specialists to set up washes
• Monitor execution of KPI’s for technology evaluation
• Conduct training for dairy personnel in the MICRO Milk Quality program
Job Requirements
- Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of the dairy industry, including parlors, sanitation, sales, and marketing
- Understanding of pulsation, milk sensors, and other parlor electronic equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Position requires 15-35% travel
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
