Job Description
• Leads enterprise-wide automation strategy and execution
• Oversees design, deployment, and optimization of intelligent automation solutions
• Partners with IT and business leaders to manage cross-functional automation teams
• Track performance metrics and business outcomes of automation investments
• Build consultative working relationships with business and technology partners
• Establish frameworks for automation governance, data security, regulatory compliance
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of automation initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, computer science, design, business, or related field
- 12+ years of experience leading RPA, IPA, BAW, and BPM initiatives
- Proven success in delivering automation initiatives that generate measurable business value
- Strong collaboration skills across business, technology, and governance functions
- Experience managing automation portfolios, roadmaps, and KPIs
- Deep understanding of automation platforms (RPA, IPA, BPM, BAW)
- Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and integration tools (e.g., APIs, iPaaS)
- Experience with automation governance, security protocols, and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
