• Support the internal systems, focusing on EBS-based integrations, customizations, and automation. • Work across production support, small enhancements, and major project initiatives , flexing between tasks as priorities shift. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly while maintaining strong communication with project managers and stakeholders. • Analyze existing Oracle EBS processes and design technical enhancements leveraging APIs, PL/SQL, and automation frameworks. • Develop, tune, and optimize SQL queries to ensure system performance and reliability. • Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers in a small, high-performing team environment. • Participate in technical design, estimation, testing, and release documentation. • Mentor peers and assist in onboarding, providing guidance on EBS data structures, integration patterns, and system processes. • Support change management, deployment activities, and end-user training as needed.
