Job Description

• Build and manage trusted relationships across all levels of the customer organization—from executives to end users • Oversee operational planning and successful AI/ML solution implementation for assigned accounts • Lead or co-lead cross-functional project teams to deliver against customer AI/ML objectives • Manage account health proactively, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies • Develop repeatable playbooks and delivery frameworks to scale success across customers • Partner with clients to understand operational challenges and advocate for fixes or enhancements with internal engineering teams • Engage directly with customer IT and engineering teams, troubleshooting, training, and ensuring effective product adoption

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including customer-facing roles in technical program management, professional services, or government program delivery
  • Foundational understanding of machine learning operations (MLOps) with a strong aptitude to master generative AI workflows
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfort managing senior-level stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
