Job Description
• Own and drive Aclima’s revenue capture across public sector, utilities, and adjacent verticals
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Shorten long-cycle sales leveraging relationships and procurement understanding
• Forecast, manage, and report on pipeline health
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales team
• Implement sales tools, methodologies, and performance metrics
• Identify and evaluate new market segments and partnership opportunities
• Represent Aclima at key events as a credible ambassador
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong network and deep sales expertise
- Well-versed in climate, cleantech, or adjacent sectors
- Experience selling data-driven solutions in regulated environments
- Existing relationships with regulators, utilities, environmental justice organizations, or infrastructure companies
