• Facilitate student learning by supporting academic content and promoting appropriate study and learning skills • Integrate effective learning strategies into facilitation, encouraging independent and successful learners • Support students through live sessions and asynchronous learning resources such as skills videos • Maintain an assigned weekly appointment schedule • Build, revise, and facilitate group video conferencing sessions • Develop resources for SNHU's Academic Resource Center based on student demand • Engage in prescheduled 1:1 video conferences with students • Maintain confidentiality of all student records and information shared • Conduct work shifts in a dedicated, quiet environment with reliable internet access
