Job Description

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for WordsOnline and other tech platforms to meet business and customer needs • Collaborate across teams—Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Linguistic Services—to align on vision, priorities, and delivery • Translate strategic goals into actionable feature sets, go-to-market plans, and measurable milestones • Drive UI/UX excellence by advocating for user-centered design in platforms used by discerning global audiences • Lead testing and optimization efforts (A/B, user feedback loops, usage analytics) to refine and validate product features • Analyze market trends, emerging tech (like LLMs), and competitive insights to inform strategy • Monitor KPIs and user metrics to ensure product performance aligns with ROI goals and customer satisfaction • Guide product scaling through integrations, acquisition onboarding, and global expansion readiness • Champion product management best practices across teams to ensure efficiency and impact • Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, including positioning, launches, and enablement materials

Job Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of experience in product management, from ideation to launch
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience
  • Are fluent in English with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Have experience in the language services or SaaS industry—or are eager to learn fast and go deep
  • Know how to balance user empathy with business acumen in driving roadmap decisions
  • Understand data security and compliance in tech-enabled environments
  • Thrive in a remote-first, globally distributed, fast-paced company.
