Job Description

• Own WMS/ERP implementation from configuration through go-live • Architect deep Salesforce integrations maintaining customer-facing visibility • Design multi-system data flows across warehouse, finance, CRM • Optimize order management, RMA, inventory, and procurement workflows • Partner with Finance on asset tracking and reconciliation • Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management • Future-proof logistics operations for 3-5x growth trajectory

Job Requirements

5+ years implementing WMS and ERP systems with deep Salesforce integrations
Experience with hardware fulfillment or physical product operations (e-commerce, DTC, hardware SaaS)
Fulfillment domain knowledge: order management, multi-warehouse inventory, RMA processes, procurement workflows
Hands-on experience implementing WMS platforms (Fishbowl, Cin7, Blue Yonder, ShipHero, Extensiv)
ERP systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
Strong Salesforce admin skills and custom development knowledge
Deep integration knowledge (APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms)
Cross-functional collaboration translating technical into business value
Pragmatic execution: balance speed with quality, ship MVPs, own problems end-to-end
High-growth startup experience preferred
