• Design and build demo infrastructure: Develop and maintain the backend and frontend systems that power Tractian’s demos, including APIs, data pipelines, databases. • Manage demo data generation: Build tools and scripts to simulate real-world scenarios in demo environments. • Manage uptime and reliability: Monitor and optimize demo environment performance, ensuring minimal downtime and fast recovery for sales calls, trade shows, and executive presentations. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure the demo stack incorporates the latest features and accurately reflects production environments. • Build internal tools and dashboards: Provide internal APIs, dashboards, and admin tools that let AEs, SEs easily deploy, reset, or configure demo environments on demand. • Version and document: Maintain strong documentation and version control of demo assets, infrastructure configurations, and deployment scripts for reproducibility. • Continuously improve: Analyze usage metrics, environment performance, and sales feedback to prioritize new features and enhancements in the demo ecosystem.
