Job Description

• Build and lead the clinical trials finance infrastructure and team • Lead all aspects of industry-sponsored trial finances, including account collection, reconciliation, budget planning, and management • Design and implement financial processes, workflows, and systems that scale across multiple practices and locations • Work within the CVAUSA financial team while partnering with site leadership, research staff, and executive leaders • Translate financial data into insights that inform strategy • Develop annual budget forecasts and long-term financial models

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience managing the financial lifecycle of industry-sponsored clinical trials
Proven expertise in budget forecasting, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
Experience working with private practices or private equity-owned practices is highly valued
Ability to thrive in the complexity of multi-practice, multi-location environments
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement processes in a fast-growing organization
A self-starter with a strategic mindset who embraces the challenge of being the inaugural leader of trial finances.
