• Lead the design, implementation, and transformation of large-scale PLM-ERP-MES integrations • Serve as a technical expert and strategic leader in architecture and business strategies • Develop and disseminate Windchill PLM architecture and implementation methodologies • Collaborate with internal teams and System Integrator ecosystem for best practices • Establish governance protocols for product and manufacturing data quality • Design and manage enterprise master data models for optimized processes • Partner with implementation teams to provide process and architecture leadership • Mentor Professional Services teams on best practices • Collaborate with Product Management and field teams for customer experience • Evangelize expertise through communities and partner networks • Support the evolving role of AI in PTC solutions
