Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT systems.
- Experience eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements.
- Experience supporting Agile software development and DevSecOps environments.
- Experience conducting business process analysis and developing workflow documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting requirements, and system integration projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise systems and modern application architectures.
- Knowledge of DoD or federal IT environments and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
