Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts specific to the medical device industry, including supply chain agreements, SaaS, IT, and procurement contracts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, supply chain, and business development, to support the company's commercial objectives. • Develop and implement best practices for contract management and risk mitigation. • Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide advice on risk assessment and management. • Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments to proactively address potential impact on the business. • Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of in-house legal experience within the life sciences industry, preferably with a focus on medical devices.
Proven expertise in SaaS, IT, procurement, and supply chain contract management.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercial contracting within the med device industry.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.
