• Own critical pre-deployment milestones and ensure partners have a great experience • Review install pipeline and coordinate site readiness checks • Balance partner capacity, customer readiness, and internal dependencies • Run bid processes, define scopes, validate quotes, and ensure cost-effective installs • Keep partners and internal teams aligned with updates • Identify bottlenecks and create new playbooks and systems • Engage and develop partners, enforce performance goals • Partner with Operations Engineering to pilot new features
