Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HCM technology consulting or enterprise systems
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale Workday implementations
- Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Business Process Framework
- Strong leadership, client engagement, and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
