Job Description

• We are hiring a Neurology Nurse Practitioner to support our mission to radically improve access to high-quality brain health and dementia care! • Our nurse practitioners partner with multidisciplinary therapists and collaborating neurologists to support patients and their families during their brain health journey. • This position is available as a full time W2 or 1099 independent contract role. • Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients; 60-minute initial sessions and 30-minute follow-up sessions • Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability • Create your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability! The scheduled time must fall within the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern time. • You will work collaboratively with other brain health care partners at Isaac Health to ensure the most beneficial level of treatment for our patients • Work alongside other like-minded clinicians that have a common goal to positively impact the lives of others, and create an environment that leads to favorable outcomes for patients

Job Requirements

You are nurse practitioner licensed and in good standing in at least Florida; multiple state licenses preferred
Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
American Board of Neuroscience Nursing certification (SCRN, CNRN) preferred
Strong clinical background in evaluating and managing patients with cognitive-behavioral disorders
Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders experience and a minimum of 2+ years’ experience
Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care
Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening
Strong verbal and written communication
Knowledgeable in crisis response
Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, proprietary EMR, etc.); able to provide your own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards
Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality brain health and dementia care
An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
