Job Description

• Provide strategies and solutions for automating operations and identify streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes • Provide strategies and solutions to maintain continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • Perform backup, recovery, patching, and ADFS integration • Provide strategies and solutions to support Load and Performance Testing and Management in production as well as lower-level environments • Help in Tier 3 support of IntersSystems HealthShare and IRIS for Health systems and related technologies • Installation and Configuration of InterSystems base software, kits, and patches • Help support oAuth and SSO configuration and setup • Provide strategies and solutions to support migration to OpenID Connect (OIDC)

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical related discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in information technology and/or Federal Government contracting
Of the 5 YOE, 2+ years of experience supporting large production systems
Requires experience with InterSystems Cache, IRIS, or HealthShare
Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployment of a web-based application with tools like Jenkins, Ansible
Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions using Enterprise Monitor, DynaTrace and Splunk
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience supporting GetHub/Jenkins Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to help DevOps Teams deliver software of higher quality at greater speed
Experience with AWS, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, IRIS, Linux (RHEL-8) Apache, Ansible Python Scripting
Knowledge and understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including SAFe
Experience with AWS monitoring tools: CloudWatch, DynaTrace, Splunk
Experienced with configuring large middleware applications.
