Job Description

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Windows sensor team, driving technical strategy, building technology roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful project delivery • Define and drive technical excellence through architecture reviews, design patterns, and engineering best practices • Lead efforts in performance optimization, scalability improvements, and technical debt reduction • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and champion development projects that enhance product reliability and development velocity • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and architectural improvements • Stay current with industry trends and security threats, particularly in the Windows ecosystem

Job Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive software development experience, with at least 6 years focused on systems programming
  • Deep expertise in Windows OS internals, kernel development, and security architecture
  • Advanced knowledge of C/C++ programming and modern C++ practices
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices for resilient software development, including client/data/cloud architecture
  • Experience with real-time security monitoring and threat detection systems
  • Excellent technical leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to mentor, influence and guide engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts at all levels
